After the warranty period, ALO offer a service agreement for continuous
and preventive service in 3 different levels.
For New machines:
- First year free support during warranty period.
- Second year ½ price of Service Agreement.
- Third year Service Agreement at full price.

Machine type and serial number
We need info about the machine, serial number is essential together with machine type.
Next step is to provide info about the problem. Gather as much information as possible about PLC status, HMI status and drive systems LED:s.
Photos of the components is always a good start.
